PE 1000 / PE-UHMW sheets - Ceramic Filled

This version of the UHMW Polyethylene / PE1000 is ceramic filled and is an exceptionally high-resistance plastic providing excellent wear resistance relative to standard UHMW-PE. This makes the ceramic filled UHMW-PE an ideal plastics type for applications with high load, high speed and abrasive effect.

For high loads, high speed and severe sliding abrasion applications, PE 1000 / PE-UHMW sheets - Ceramic Filled should be the material of choice. Its big tensile strength and wear resistance are successful in the lumber, paper, steel and agricultural industries.

The ceramic filled UHMW- PE also offers poor absorption of moisture, and is resistant to cracking, fracturing and self-lubricating. PE 1000 / PE-UHMW sheets - Ceramic Filled are not appropriate for applications involving food touch.
