H.M.W. Polyethylene

H.M.W. (High Molecular Weight) is the most common liner material used and is suitable for most common materials and will not fracture in cold temperatures Available in black or white material, white offers less expansion for applications where minimal heaving of the liner is critical Continuous length, seamless liners are available in 3/16", 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2" The most economical of all standard liner options

U.H.M.W. Polyethylene In addition to the benefits of a standard liner, U.H.M.W. (Ultra High Molecular Weight) include self lubricating characteristics which provide superior performance when handling sticky materials High temperature options are also available for asphalt and other hot materials up to 350° F Complete installation is also available by XINXING Plastics to ensure your liner is properly installed and will last. Continuous, single piece liners coupled with steel or aluminum hold-down plates ensure materials will not work beneath the liner creating premature wear. Liner may also be added at the front and doghouse for additional protection.

Dump Box Liners

Medium Duty HMWPE (High Molecular Weight) Liner

An economical solution that provides high performance for most common materials such as sand, gravel, snow, topsoil, and many others.

Available in thickness of 3/16”, 1/4”, 3/8”, and 1/2” in widths up to 10’.

Low temperature crack resistance.

Heavy Duty UHMWPE (Ultra High Molecular Weight) Liner

Provides superior wear protection at up to 3x that of the Medium duty liners.

Heat resistance allows for use with asphalt and other hot materials up to 350° F.

Lower friction than other liner materials provides easier release of “sticky” materials.

Available in thickness of 3/16”, 1/4”, 3/8”, and 1/2” in widths up to 10’
