In agricultural applications, Xinxing UV Resistant extends the life and performance of field equipment. Parts made from Xinxing UV Resistant are self-lubricating and won't corrode or freeze, offering extended life and improved performance whether used on new machinery or as retrofits on weathered equipment.

Xinxing UV Resistant is available in black and custom colors, in 48" x 120" sheets with gauge sizes ranging from 1/16" to 2". It is also available in rod, board, tape, tube and molded parts.

Description

Xinxing UV is an Anti-Static/Conductive UHMW that possesses UV stability and the highest level of conductivity in the industry with a surface resistivity of 10^2- 10^3. Xinxing UV protects against static build up that can occur in powder conveying and dust collection as well as provide protection in electronics applications such as appliances, mail sorting, copiers, printers and computers.

Eliminating static reduces safety concerns in a wide array of industries. Dust collection hoppers are virtual combustion chambers. A static shock could ignite airborne particles creating an explosion. These volatile areas can be made much safer by lining them with Xinxing UV UHMW, available in wear strips or with adhesive backing.

Standard UHMW materials are not UV stable and can break down over time due to exposure. Xinxing UV has the highest UV stability in the industry and can last up to 10 times longer in the outdoors than standard UHMW products.
